2018 FRIDAY NIGHT CONCERT INFORMATION & FAQ

**Music is from 7pm to 10pm**

**If you are planning to sit in the pavilion or on the patio please purchase your tickets as a group so that we can set up the reserved tables**

Purchase Concert Tickets

**Tickets are first come first serve. Please be aware many of our pavilion and patio seats sell out weeks in advance! Online ticket sales end at 5pm on the night of the event. Remaining tables and lawn seats may be purchased at the gate. Tickets are available for purchase online or by calling the winery (913) 839-2185 

**FYI We have a new system Simple Tix to process concert tickets this year. If you are a current Wine Club member you will receive an email with the code you will need to enter during check out to receive your discount. 

If you have an Admit 2 pass and would like to upgrade your tickets to patio or pavilion please call the winery 913-839-2185 and they can process your reservation over the phone.

Rain or Shine / All tickets are non-refundable. Children 5 and under are free. Children 6 and older need a ticket.

Doors open at 6PM, Show at 7PM. DO NOT BRING PETS (certified service animals are permitted) Blankets and lawn chairs are recommended for lawn seating. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Food trucks are first come first serve. Please be patient as this is not a fast food drive through. In effort to reduce wait times we have added two food trucks to some nights.

Picnics are NOT permitted on concert nights unless specifically stated otherwise for that date. Please no large coolers.

As always we will offer wine, wine slushies, summer sausage, cheeses, crackers and non-alcoholic drinks (soda & water) for purchase. 

Please remember, we do not allow ANY outside food or drinks containers brought in (ie: Sonic cups, Yeti cups, bottles of pop or water, beer, etc)! This is in effort to ensure that we have no prohibited alcohol on winery premises.

No smoking or vaping except in our designated smoking area!

Kansas State liquor laws do not allow the consumption of alcohol not purchased at Stone Pillar Winery on the premises. All alcoholic beverages from other producers must remain in your vehicle at all times. Failure to abide by these laws subjects us to hefty fines and a loss of our license. Violators will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Kansas ABC laws, and our concern for your safety, prohibit us from serving wine to customers we determine to be under the influence of alcohol or otherwise perceivably impaired. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or group for this reason. Noticeably intoxicated or belligerent guests will be asked to leave with a sober driver, or a cab may be called at the guest’s expense. Any violent comments, actions, or resistance to follow these guidelines will be responded to by the Olathe Police Department.

What to expect once you arrive at the winery

Follow parking attendant upon entry to the grounds. Handicapped parking is available next to the tasting room. Please let attendant know if you need handicap parking and they will direct you.

**Everyone must check in at the registration table (even if you purchased tickets online or hold a season pass). People who purchased lawn seats will get their hand stamped. Lawn seats are $5 person (ages 6 and up) and can be purchased online or at the gate. Guests can also present their season pass or wine club card.

People who purchased a pavilion or patio seat will be given a wrist band with their group name and table number. Lawn seats do not come with a table and chairs! PLEASE bring cash for entry - no electronic transactions at the gate!

Find your reserved seats under the pavilion, patio or set up your lawn chairs. Concerts are rain or shine.

Come into the tasting room or pavilion (if you purchased pavilion seats) to sample wine, purchase a bottle, glass, or wine slushie. Please have I.D. ready, no matter how old you are your server is required to check it. 

WE NO LONGER OFFER FREE SAMPLES DURING CONCERTS! We will offer a rotating pre-selected flight of 5 wines for $5.  If you purchase a flight you will be given a checklist to keep track of the wines as you try them; you are responsible for your list if you leave the bar before finishing your flight. Your server will check them off as you try them. Our complete selection of wines will be available for purchase.

Last call for open bottles is 9:30 pm. unfinished bottles may be taken to tasting counter to be re-corked and placed in a tamper proof wine doggy bag to take home. This service is complimentary and lasts until 10:15 pm. The gates close at 11 pm. You may retrieve any unattended vehicles the following Saturday at 11 am.

The concert will end promptly at 10 pm. Please place empty wine bottles in the boxes marked "empty bottles" by the trash cans, throw away your trash and leave your area just as you found it upon your arrival.

Help keep our vineyard looking beautiful please! Please be respectful of the portable toilets.

Please secure your personal belongings and do not leave items unattended.

Where do I purchase tickets?

You may purchase tickets online or by calling the winery 913-839-2185. 

Online ticket sales end at 5pm. TICKETS FOR REMAINING TABLES AND LAWN SEATS MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE GATE THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW.

What are the price of tickets?

Pavilion Seats are $10 per person & Patio Seats are $8 Person. Advance reservations are STRONGLY recommended. These seats are sold out prior to most shows.

Lawn Seats (ages 6 and up) are $5 per person or present your Wine Club Card or Concert Season Pass. PLEASE BRING CASH FOR ADMISSION COST IF YOU PLAN TO PAY AT THE GATE! Please help keep the line moving. 

Can I still purchase wine if I have lawn seats?

Yes, anyone age 21 and over can purchase wine. Must have ID!

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable.

What if it rains?

Concerts are rain or shine, no refunds once pre-purchased or admitted. The pavilion is now enclosed to keep the bad weather out and will accommodate a large crowd. Re-entry permitted with wristband only.

What time do the gates open?

The gates & tasting room open at 6:00 pm for concert guests. 

What time does the concert start?

The concert runs from 7 pm –10 pm. Attendees must leave grounds by 10:30 pm. Gates close at 11 pm. Unattended vehicles must be picked up between 11 am and 1 pm the following day.

Last call for bottles that may be opened is 9:30 pm. Please consume responsibly. Wine is available for purchase (to take home) until 10:15 pm.

Where can I park?

General Parking is located in the lower parking lot to the right of the entrance. Please follow parking attendant's directions.

Are you handicapped accessible?

Yes, handicapped parking is available by the tasting room and a wheelchair accessible restroom is located inside the tasting room.

Are there outdoor restroom facilities?

Yes, portable restrooms will be available outside, please use respectfully.

Can I pre-order food for the concert? 

No, food trucks are first come first serve.

Do you have wine tasting available during concerts?

Yes. 5 pre-selected wines will be available for a sample flight during concerts in the Tasting Room at a cost of $5 per flight. Wines will vary each concert. Most wines will be available for purchase by the glass. All of our wines are available for purchase by the bottle.

Can I bring real glass stemware?

Yes, you are responsible for your own glassware and its safety! Please inform our staff immediately if you have broken glass or see unattended broken glass.

Are children allowed at the concerts?

Yes. Children are welcome at concerts, ages 6 & up are subject to the same entry fees as adults.

Parents are solely responsible for their children, their child’s actions, safety, and are required to supervise them at all times. Children are not permitted to run around the vineyard! Children are not to be disruptive to other guests. Children are not allowed on the stage, near the band, or the band's equipment. We have a baby changing station available inside the tasting room bathroom. Unattended children will be escorted back to their party by a staff member.

Is smoking permitted?

Please feel free to bring chairs, a blanket, cameras, bug spray, sunscreen, and a jacket as it may get cool in the evening.

What should I leave at home?

Please do not bring pets, outside alcohol & food, or a bad attitude.

What should I wear?

High heels are not recommended, this is an outdoor venue with gravel paths. Bring a jacket as this is an outdoor venue.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If we don’t finish our wine, can we take the opened bottle home?

Yes, unfinished bottles may be taken to tasting counter to be re-corked and placed in a tamper proof wine doggy bag to take home. Please keep your receipt so that it can be attached to the bag. This service is complimentary.

Are discounts available for Stone Pillar wines?

Yes, we offer multiple bottle discounts: 4-7 bottles 10%, 8-11 bottles 15%, Cases 20%.

Do you sell wine by the glass?

Yes, select wines will be available for sale by the glass. We also have Wine Slushies available for sale by the glass. Wine is also available for purchase by the bottle. Unfinished bottles may be taken to the tasting counter to be re-corked and placed in a tamper proof wine doggy bag to take home. This service is complimentary.

Do you have a last call?

Yes, last call for bottles that may be opened is at 9:30 pm. Please consume responsibly. You may purchase additional unopened bottles before you exit the concert.

Do you sell any beverages other than wine?

Yes, bottled water and soda are available for sale in the tasting room for $1.

No Beer! Hello this is a winery; you don't go to Boulevard for the Chardonnay.

Do you provide glasses?

Yes, we provide plastic cups during concerts.
